Zombie Strike VR — Privacy Policy

Zombie Strike VR ("the app", "we", "us") is a standalone virtual-reality bowling game for Meta Quest headsets. This policy explains what information the app processes and why. We designed the app to collect as little as possible.

1. Information we process

• Meta account identifier & nickname — provided by the Meta Platform SDK, used only to show your name and score on in-game leaderboards.
• In-app purchase & entitlement status — processed through Meta's Platform IAP service so purchases and unlocks work. We do not see or store your payment-card details; payments are handled entirely by Meta.
• Gameplay & progress data — scores, stats, settings, coins, and unlocks are stored locally on your device (Android SharedPreferences). Leaderboard scores you submit are sent to Meta's leaderboard service.

2. Information we do NOT collect

• No name, email, phone number, or address.
• No camera, microphone, photos, or precise location data.
• No advertising identifiers; the app shows no third-party ads.
• No biometric or hand/eye-tracking data is stored or transmitted.

3. How information is used

Solely to operate game features you choose to use — leaderboards, in-app purchases, achievements, and saving your progress. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for marketing, and we do not use it to build advertising profiles.

4. Third-party services

The app is built on the Meta Horizon / Oculus Platform SDK. Account identity, leaderboards, and in-app purchases are provided by Meta and are governed by Meta's own Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

5. Data retention & deletion

Local progress data lives on your device and is removed when you uninstall the app or clear its data. Leaderboard entries are retained by Meta's platform; to request deletion of your leaderboard data or Meta account data, use your Meta account controls or contact us at the address below and we will action your request within 30 days.

6. Children

Zombie Strike VR contains stylized horror/zombie themes and is intended for teens and adults. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

7. Security

Data transmitted to Meta's services uses encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). Local data is protected by the device's standard app sandbox.

8. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "Last updated" date.
